OneNote sections and pages can be used to organize patient visit details. OneNote sections discussed were examples from healthcare needs:
- “EMR” to document patient demographics
- “SOAP” to document patient assessment plan
- “VITALS” to record vital signs
- “MEDICATIONS” for patient eScript information
